What Kind of Hair Services do you provide at your studio?? 

I am super excited to do all these services for you! The services I have at my studio are: Highlights, Hair Color, Balayage/Ombre, Hairstyling, Haircutting, Hair updos, and Bridal / Bachelorette / Flower girl Updos.

Are Resvervation Neccessary?

 I highly encouraging you to make a reservations in advance 48 hours at least, so this would give me time to collect all the things you need and be ready at your service. However, if you really need the service earlier than expected, please feel free to text me at 619-679-5082 and I will do my best to see if we have an opening. FYI, there is a non refundable deposit required upon your appointment.

What are your hours?

Monday – Friday: 9am to 3pm

Saturday: 8 to 2pm

Sunday: Closed

Holidays: Closed

Why do you want to know my Hair History?

My clients are extremely important to me that I would want them to have their desired hair look. For you to share your history with your hair in the past few years are also important because supposedly you wanted your hair highlights - bright blonde. And you have colored your hair dark hair color 6 months ago and told me it is a virgin hair. Then bleaching on your hair, it would affect the change and cause different expectation and more timing consuming. If you would have been honest, no judgements here regardless, it would be helpful and easier to plan the service to make your desired look happen.

How do you make an appointment?

You can schedule your appointment by texting 619-679-5082 or go to the website:  www.sherylynnstyles.com and click tab “Book Now” and you can see all kind of services provided and choose which one you would like to book for and you may choose more than one services the same time.  And you will see dates and time available and usually it is 48 hours to book in advanced.   Reservations for your appointment are also held with a credit card. However if you need a service earlier than expected, you can check in with me by texting 619-679-5082

How do I choose the right treatments and products?

As a Professional Hair Stylist, I offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your DESIRE and NEEDS. Whether you are looking for a hair care product line to use at home, or have specific needs for your hair, I am always available to answer your questions.

Can I book Extra Services while I am at the Salon Studio?

OH OF COURSE! Please don’t feel hesitate to ask! I will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do encourage that you book your treatments in advance. So it wouldn’t affect on other appointments.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Absolutely! Giving to your loved ones the perfect gift from Sherylynn Styles LLC would fulfill any service she would love. Please text 619-679-5082 for more information.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover using SQUARE.

I also accept check and gift certificates.

What are your Cancellation Policy?

Providing you your desired service is the core of my business. Because my services are reserved especially for you, I ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, we will not be able to refund your deposit for your reserved appointment. I thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Hair packages and services must give a minimum 24-48 hour cancellation notice.

Do you accomodate Late Arrivals?

I pride myself on providing service to you and all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you have about 15 minutes after your expected appointment. And after 15 minutes with no-show, you will be encouraged to make another appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you allow children during service?

Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, I ask that you would understand with my work and concentration with not having them in the same space, HOWEVER we do have playground right in the front! Your children must be mature enough to be independent in the playground otherwise you would need someone to supervise your children during your services. Other option is to leave your children at home. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services without any distractions or interruptions.

What if I am pregnant, Can I still get Hair service?

I have many wonderful services to give you extra-special treatment during this (often uncomfortable!) time. We understand your need for care and safety, and make accommodations if necessary. However, for chemicals and waxing, I would still encourage you to see your doctor before booking an appointment with me.

What is a Corrective Color?

Corrective hair color is a color process that must be performed by a professional hair colorist to correct any and all damage caused by a color service gone wrong. This happens a lot with who colored their hair at home using box hair color or unprofessional hair services. Typically a color correction is fairly expensive, extremely time consuming, and may damage your hair depends on your hair.

Is there parking?

Yes there is usually plenty of street parkings in front of the house
